Where do you turn to find additional information and support locally about anxiety and panic? There are many national and international support organizations available, which can send you additional educational materials about this disorder and point you to local support groups in your community.

Recovery, Inc.
Int'l. 700+ groups. Founded 1937. A community mental health organization that offers a self-help method of will training; a system of techniques for controlling temperamental behavior and changing attitudes toward nervous symptoms, anxiety, depression, anger and fears.
