All Calmerry therapists have master’s or doctoral degrees in counseling, social work, or a related discipline. They’re also licensed to provide specific mental health services. Calmerry hires licensed clinical psychologists, licensed professional counselors, licensed clinical social workers, and licensed marriage and family therapists. When you sign up for a membership plan, you’re matched with a therapist who’s licensed to practice in your state.

Video sessions begin at $89.99 per week for four live video sessions per month and unlimited text response. These fees are a flat rate per service, so you don’t have to worry about extra charges to your monthly bill.

Calmerry offers two types of online therapy services. The first is video therapy, which is similar to the therapy you’d receive if you met face-to-face with a counselor. You’ll be able to see your therapist during each appointment. The second option is messaging therapy. You won’t be able to see your therapist, but you’ll be able to send messages at any time.

Video therapy sessions last for 30 minutes each.
